Being healthy through exercise and eating a balanced diet is my goal. It isn't always easy and there are times when I totally fail, so I will always be a work in progress, but am aiming to be a healthier one.

My motivations are my wonderful husband, three adult children, two DIL's, and one grandchild. We also have two cats and four birds. Being a breast cancer survivor and having a mom with Alzheimer's has made me treasure each and every day. I enjoy volunteering, quilting, ...

Gosh, sorry to hear about your back problems. That definitely makes getting around and exercising a challenge. I know when I have back pain, foot pain or knee pain the last thing on my mind is eating healthy and exercising! Vicious circle. Your ticker says you lost 13 lbs so that's a plus!!
