The Challenge: 90 days of hell! My P90X experience.

Life is good! I have a wonderful husband and baby boy. The only thing putting a downer on things is my weight and lack of fitness!

I am a full time mom so i am always close to the fridge when i am at home with my boy, so i am constantly picking bits of food here and there and the weight has been slowly creeping on. I put on 2 stone (28lb) when i was pregnant and the weight came off quite quickly when i was breast feeding, however since i have stopped feeding my son, the weight has ...
Life is good! I have a wonderful husband and baby boy. The only thing putting a downer on things is my weight and lack of fitness!

I am a full time mom so i am always close to the fridge when i am at home with my boy, so i am constantly picking bits of food here and there and the weight has been slowly creeping on. I put on 2 stone (28lb) when i was pregnant and the weight came off quite quickly when i was breast feeding, however since i have stopped feeding my son, the weight has been creeping on.

I am currently at my heaviest weight of 167.6lbs! My goal is to get down to 140lb so need to lose 2 stone (28lb).

I plan to do this by clean eating and following the P90X programme. I started it a few months ago but got sick after week 1 and never went back to it... but this time i plan to complete the whole 90 days and i plan to share every moment with you!

My Program:
P90X baby!!!

As i am a full time mom i have a very tight budget (i.e no budget whatsoever) i am unable to afford the gym but i have plenty of workout DVD's that i can do at home.

You are so very welcome to my blog page. My name is Amy and I'm 31 years old. I have a lot of loves in my life, my husband, my baby boy Rowan, fur baby Foxy, travelling, healthy food, red wine, being outside in the fresh air ,oh and the Twilight Saga! I have a busy life being a full time mom at the moment, whilst juggling exercise and healthy eating into the equation. I am about to live 90 days extremely doing the P90X programme. Glad you're back at it! I've started P90X a few times but always ended up finding something else to do. I teach group fitness strength training classes at my gym now and that is SUPER fun!

Stay with it. I have done 2 rounds of P90x and it's worth every bit of blood, sweat, and tears. :) On days I say "I don't REALLY want to work out", I then say, "But I REALLY don't want to be fat". What really is larger? :) Stay with it and the program WILL work for you.
