This is my family.
This is where I'm at and where I'd like to be.
Hello! I have always struggled with my weight from the time I was a child. Actually, there were a few years when I was in my teens and early twenties when I seemed to have it under control. With the birth of my first child, I gained 60 pounds, then I gained even more with my next two children. When I passed 200 pounds, I knew I needed to do something. My cholesterol was high, I was depressed, and my husband had left me. I could go on, but it's too depressing... Well, then I stumbled upon a weight loss study and became a vegetarian for 18 months. (It really wasn't so bad, but the kids hated it.) I lost 60 pounds before I plateaued, and shortly afterwards the study ended. Having lost the motivation, over the next two years I gradually put 25 pounds back on. My BMI has hit the obese level, and I've decided once and for all to make the lifestyle changes that I need in order to take this weight off permanently!
I'd like to have a normal range BMI. Who am I kidding? I want to look hot!!! :-)
I am using both the nutrition tracker and the exercize tracker, and following the guidelines set on this website.
My name is Debbie. I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and I'm 45 years old and am a divorced mother of three. I work with preschoolers in a Head Start classroom and also sell shoes parttime at JCPenney.

I was just checkin on you. We (the 40 somethings) seem to be having a few members coming back after being away for awhile, and the common theme seems to be they fell down and didn't know how to come back after fallin' down.
Well I thought I'd reach out to a few of the people that commented on my page awhile back, and send out a "Hey, howya doin'!!"
Take care of you,

I would like to take this time,
To invite you to the spark team,
That God has given in my care.
BBWG (Blessed, Beautiful Women of God).
Come and visit, and if you like it,
Please feel free to join us,
To post, to make new friends,
To become family.
Success is speaking words of praise,
In cheering other peopleís ways,
In doing just the best you can,
With every task and every plan,
Itís silence when your speech would hurt,
Politeness when your neighborís curt,
Itís deafness when the scandal flows,
And sympathy with othersí woes,
Itís loyalty when duty calls,
Itís courage when disaster falls.
Itís patience when the hours are long,
Itís found in laughter and in song,
Itís in the silent time of prayer,
In happiness and in despair,
In all of life and nothing less,
We find the things we call success.
God wants us to succeed in all we
put our hearts and hands to do.
We can lose the lbs. we long to lose,
as long as we keep our eyes on the prize.
Hope you like the poem.
If you need help finding us
just send me a messages.
