Hello welcome to my SP page. My name is Lisa. I am 45 years old. I presently live in Southern California I have dealt with my weight for as long as I can remember. My highest weight before SP was 201. I managed to take off 30 pounds with Weight Watchers and went back to my old eating habits of fast food and little to no exercise and climbed back up to 199. I found SP on 12/29/07 and had a starting weight of 191. I never wanted to see 200 again but I was not following any program and need to be accountable. I rejoined WW on 2/25/12 with a starting weight of 206.4 . I had to stop WW due to the Hubby is laid off and every penny counts right now. I am counting calories. Starting weight on 8/2/13 209.0 I want to be healthy and set good examples from my two little ones Son (14 years) old. Daughter (9 years) old.

it's Joanna from the Weekly Challenge Team. It's been about a month since you joined our team. How are you doing at climbing that mountain? Are you climbing those rocky slopes yet? It's often hardest the first month as you get your routines started. Are you making use of the nutrition tracker?
