Vestibular disorders seem like they're running my life but I don't give up too easy. I'm stubborn like that. Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction (BHV) and Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome (SCDS) Plus dealing with insulin dependent diabetes and the beginning of NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) and proteinuria. But not being 100% is no reason to not try and give 100%. Got my body fat measured at our gym 7/31/17 39.3% 1/23/17 Waist: 48" Hips: 58" Bust: 55" Thigh: 32" Calf: 19" Bicep: 17" Forearm: 11.5" Neck: 17" Love who you are dollface, you're beautiful.

My Goals:
To lower my A1C, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. I want to be healthy again, so I can spend as much time with my husband and daughter as I can on this Earth.


My Program:
Eat about 6 small meals over the course of the day. 85/15 Paleo/vegan,fat, lower carb, high clean protiens...whole natural grains and lots of fiber. This has worked for me before and with the tracker it's even easier this time.



Personal Information:
If I would have had something like this tracker back then, I may have stuck to my own plan. This is the best, easiest site/app like this I've ever used. No more notebook scribbling, having to save packages to remeber how many blah, blah, blah...Never again thanks to Sparkpeople.
