Delicious treat, easy to make, have anytime you have a taste for something sweet. Note from Pattianne: "I made this and it is "Delicious" you may have to adjust your cooking time as I did the first few times...I also added some vanilla as well..I'm going to try a few marshmallows and/or adding some walnuts next time..it's so low in calories and fat you could have 2 or 3 a day lol..mmmmmmnn good"!!
4 Tbsp flour 4 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 2 Tbsp caonola or veg oil 2 Tbsp water tiny pinch of salt 1/4 tsp vanilla (I added vanilla)
Put all ingredients into a mug and mix throughly. Put mug in the microwave for about one minute. Let it sit a minute or two, will be very hot. Top with your favorite topping. Whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate sauce/syrup, fruit.
