I'm not on a diet
My name is Dee. I am in my 30s, have 2 wonderful kids & am married to a fantastic man. I want lose weight for my overall well being.
For me this is not a diet, because I don't like to "diet"......I can stop "dieting" tomorrow if I so choose. I'm doing this so I can change my lifestyle....permanently.
