Fresh start with buckets of kindness

Hi there. This is another return to SP for me. I was doing really well before we moved back to the UK. I became very unhappy and have put on 25lbs as a result of comforting myself with food. I am now ready to gently get myself back on track. I have set up a personal trainer, have a supportive gym environment to workout in, diet and nutritional support, mindfulness skills to manage stress and a huge bucket of kindness to salve my spirit.

My Goals:
To lose 25lbs and get fit again.

My Program:
3 sessions at the gym (monday, tuesday and friday)
Daily meditation session
Yoga once or twice a week

Personal Information:
I am 41, married with two kids. I am a stay at home mum. I have always struggled with my weight but know that if I can get back to a healthy relationship with food I can lose this weight.

Other Information:
I love exercising but love my food and wine too! My relationship with food is complicated by my coeliac disease and associated lactose intolerence.

I'm hypothyroid too! I wish I could say baby weight was the reason for my wobbly bits:-) looks like you are close to your goal. I can't imagine being that small again. When I look in the mirror I know I'm not thin but I can't see that I'm 30-40 more pounds overweight! emoticon
