My Goals:
Lose 25 pounds

Lose body fat and get more toned & strong

Run 10K in less than 74 minutes on Sept 5, 2010 -DONE! Did it in 69.42 min! 5 min faster than last year!



My Program:
Runing 3x a week. Tae bo class 2x a week.
Weights 2x aweek.

Started NROLW on Aug 24.
