New Town New Determination
Hi - I'm 32 and recently moved to Alexandria with my husband, dog and 2 cats. I was doing really well on a weight loss program until a year ago and then fell of the wagon. I'm determined that having moved to a new town, it's time for a new me. I have the help of my dog Maddie to at least get me outside moving, but I know I'm going to need more motivation than that to keep me going through the cold winter months having lived in Florida for the last 18 years.
