My short-term goal is to lose five pounds. My long-term goal is better health and fitness through diet and exercise.

My Program:
The Beck Diet Solution by Judith S. Beck, Ph.D. and The New Sonoma Diet by Dr. COnnie Guttersen, RD, Ph.D. HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training) 3 days a week plus strength training 2 days a week.
