My goal is to be healthy and look better. I want energy to do fun things with my grandchildren.
My Program:
I am eating within my calorie range and keeping carbs low. I eat low sugar and low sodium. I am trying to learn to eat healthy and making this a habit for life! I am also learning to bring more exercise into my life and WOW does it feel good!
Personal Information:
I am from NJ, Ocean County which is near the beach! I love the ocean, lakes and pools. I love to shop and drive to Lancaster, PA a lot to outlet shop and walk through the Amish shops there.
