Thank you for your comment on my blog. I appreciate the tips you gave me about cooking brown rice in advance, prepping vegetables, etc. I need to do start doing some batch cooking to help make things a little easier during the week. I'm sorry you are also to correct a back-slide, but it sounds like you know how to get things back on track.
