Make time for breakfast. Every.Single.Day

Walk at least 15 minutes a day

Lift weights at least twice a week.

We haven't gotten serious until Mar 7th.
I am going to work on eating more protein, be consistant with meals and enforce the breakfast meal

I see 4 lbs went running and screaming! WOOO HOO...keep it up. I've been a bit lax on tracking my food but I have been a good girl (I did have one bad day) I figure if I let myself have one bad day a week, as long as it's not TOO bad, I should be ok....oh and after years of not riding a bike...IT MAKES YOUR BUTT HURT!
