The new me loves to workout!!

I have been trying to lose weight for years. I have lost lots of weight in the past...up to 100 pounds. I now know that I HAVE to be active on a regular basis in order to KEEEP it off. I have weighed as much as 280 pounds and do NOT want to gain that much again.

I have two girls looking up to me. I have to teach them now so they won't go through what I have. Even my husband has lost weight since I started on SparkPeople.

I am starting to workout, my goal is to get in 30 mins a day. Eat a low fat high fiber diet, and drink lots of water.

My Program:
I am on WW. Using the plan before momentum.

I am a happily married woman of four great kids. Only two at home now!!
