Hoping for some help, running out of time, wanting it for real!
I am going to get healthy so I can be the active and fit person I want to be to enjoy and keep up with my life & family! If I lose the 50-60 lbs along the way, that's a bonus! the mid term goals are 10 lbs at a time, but the getting healthy is the real deal.
I can't do diets, I rebel at the mere mention of them! So, just cleaning up my pantry a bit, and watching my cravings , but mostly getting the exercise to be a habit and part of my routine!
I am sick of having my image of myself on the inside not match my outsides!! Also, I'm too young to have foot problems, (which I have), joint pain (which I have), weird circulation problems, etc., etc., This is not who I am in my head! I want reality to match my fantasy of myself and it's just being lively, pain free, healthy and able to enjoy every moment here!
When I'm not knitting, I have a soft spot for zombies,critters, gardening, books, film and my family (not necessarily in that order). I work p/t in a local public library & pretty much love my life but for 1 or 2 little things.

That blog was part of the DIY Challenge... I hate that I can talk myself out of anything so I am making this happen. I need to prove to myself that I am not a quitter. If you want to join I think it's going to be a heck of a ride and a serious eye opener for me!
