I am a ceramist. I teach and sell and excibit.
I live near the sea - so I make weekend workshops in the summer where people can stay overnight in tents in my garden and work both indoors and outside with their pieces of stoneware ceramics.
In winter I have a ceramic club in my workshop
And Monday evening I teach disabilitied people

I love living at the countryside. I love the people here and the surroundings

In 2016 in April I stopped taking psykofarmaka
This has meant I am more happy and engaged in life.
I am not against using medication
I just prefere using it in a critical situation rather than every day

It took 9 years to get an answer from a doctor about what I could use AND the max dose.
My life has changed in a favorable way - Also thanks to the fact that I know how to care well for myself
I feel grateful
Of course it would have been a lot better if it had not taken 9 years as many things in my life could have been easier and with more possibilities
But I am not dead - And I am healthy - And I live an active life
And I have good friends
I am a single - It is as if the most of my interests - creative activities - are not shared by men .. in my country

My Goals:
1. It is me rowing in the rowing club without the feeling that the person behind me looks with disgust on my fat.

2. It is me walking up the stairs with ease

3. It is me that has regained the habit of moving myself every day - Either on bicycle or other active things
2014- I am near that point -

4. And have obtained a habit of doing exercise every week
2014 - I am there -
5. I don�t feel clumsy any more

6. I don�t feel ashamed and wondering that that fat lady in the mirror is me

7. I don�t say yes every time a friend offers me cake - and I don�t overeat. I have a goal of dignity at the table
2014 - I am close to this point -
8. And I love my new body
