My exercise page
I'm just trying to find a way to get in better shape, and while the Wii Fit is fun, it would be better for me to have a stricter program :). While I am normal weight, I'm not exactly toned, so I want to fix that. After having two kids, my stomach is a little flabby and my waist is larger than I'd like. I'm using SparkPeople to get a good idea of how many calories I should take in and burn, and also to track my measurements.

My Goals:
Under 119 pounds, which is a 22 BMI. I'd like to get around 116 ideally. 24 inch waist, which would be the lowest I've ever had in my adult life. Right now I'm around 30 inches, depending on the day and time of the month. Overall toned and in better shape than I am.
My Program:
Diet changes involve taking in more fruits and vegetables, and taking in less sweets and soda. I'm doing some form of exercise just about daily.
Personal Information:
I live in southeastern Wisconsin with my husband, two daughters, and a menagerie of animals including hermit crabs, a rabbit, two cats, and a dog. I'm into arts and crafts of all kinds.
