getting back on the wagon... again! March 7th 2012

And what your potential is!' - Anne Frank March 7th 2012: Hit a platue back in sept or something. then life got stressful *i mean moreso.. lol and i slipped into some nasty habits again and didnt care too much about the weight cause i was fighting a losing battle at that point. now i'm getting myself awakened again. started ...

And what your potential is!' - Anne Frank March 7th 2012: Hit a platue back in sept or something. then life got stressful *i mean moreso.. lol and i slipped into some nasty habits again and didnt care too much about the weight cause i was fighting a losing battle at that point. now i'm getting myself awakened again. started going back to the gym in January. but just a handful of times. went on a 2 week vkay in feb till march 1st. so now i'm getting back to it. and gonna start logging my food. and really start eating with intention. Cant cry over having to Re-LOSE the weight. i hope and pray to bust through the last platue weight! (177) but first things first... Back on the WAGON! Lets see.. what else.. I have zero children and don't plan on any. I am an eternal "aunt" and I'm great with that! :) though i do want to foster parent someday.. My Goals:
I am the heaviest i've ever ever been! i NEED to loose about 75 pounds by setting goal dates along the way and not focusing on a specific weight by this (insert date) date. I just want to get smoke'n hot! i've never been that. but the biggest loser show really really inspires me that I can get awesomely fit. New Start: March 7th 2012 1st goal date June 6th 2012 lost 31 pounds 2nd goal date June 6th to Aug. 22 Lost 15 pounds (46 total)
My Program:
March 30th 2012 Just watching what I eat. being a calorie nazi most the time. and my job is pretty physical. so trying to get to the gym a couple days a week. i will also be incorporating beach body's shakeology and their vitamins. I will put my progress in my introduction text.
Personal Information:
March 30th 2012 Weight seems to be an on-going battle. i hope i am finally on track enough to actually reach my goal this time around. lost 10 pounds from march 7th to 28th. so i guess thats a good start. (again) I love living in alaska. but also have spent several months in mazatlan mexico. its like a second home now. wish i could have a second home there. maybe someday! :)
