Here we go again!
It's been a year since I made a huge transition and change for the better. But it's also been a year of settling into a routine and letting go. I'm back again, but with a vengeance and this time there is no quitting. I'm on a new mission with the help of some friends and family and I can't wait to see what the Sparkcommunity has to offer.

My Goals:
*lose all the weight I've gained in the past year (about 50 pounds) and get rid of the extra weight I seem to always have had around (another 20 pounds!)
*get my systems back into full, happy function
*get established in my spirituality and get involved in church and community outreach
My Program:
*following doctor's orders for hormone repair regimen and dietary lifestyle changes
*maintaining a consistent- not constant- blog to document my progress
*get as many other people on board with what I'm doing to help support and encourage me
Personal Information:
*from a small town in Iowa, lived in a smaller town with an ex boyfriend who got me out to Virginia for half a year
*moved back to Iowa in August of 2011 and have since re-established myself as an individual
*awesome family= mom, dad, sister and husband and the cutest niece and nephew ever!
*love anything art related, drawing, sketching, painting, sculpting, dance, music, etc
*repaired my finances from fairly significant debt (for where i was in life) to having paid off all such debts (including two cars and medical bills) all before turning 21!
