Losing the Freshman Fifty
I'm now 23 years old, am 5'7", and weigh 187 pounds. In high school I always weighed around 170, and never felt good about myself even at that weight. In my freshman year of college, I dormed with one of my friends and I really let myself go. Normally people call it the "freshman fifteen", but I gained close to 50 pounds. I got up to 220 pounds at my heaviest. I started this journey on January 1, 2011 at 218lbs.
I got engaged on Christmas Eve and am planning for an October 2011 ...

I got engaged on Christmas Eve and am planning for an October 2011 wedding! I really want to look good for my wedding pictures so I'm using that as some extra motivation!
I would love to have any friends/emotional support on here! I feel that motivation is key to success, and would love to help/be helped to really get in shape!
