I've been in and out of fad diets that I can't even keep track of all of them anymore. I've also joined countless gym memberships, but found myself going to the gym less and less as time passed. I thought I'd give SparkPeople a shot and go for a different, more effective approach.

Drop me a line and say hello...it sure would be nice to get motivation and support from fellow SP members.

My Goals:
I just lost someone dear to me and that pretty much lead to me gaining all my weight back. I'm here to change that and start fresh. It certainly is a new day.

My Program:
Eat between 1200 to 1500 calories a day, do cardio at least twice a week, and strength training at least twice a week for about 40 mins to an hour.

Personal Information:
You all know what I look like and how much I weigh and all that by now...that's probably as personal as I can get on here hahaha.

Other Information:
I'm a big movie buff. I write for a living, but I write a lot of free-hand prose and poetry as well. I am also into music; I like everything from indie to pop -- it's definitely a big part of who I am. I've written a few songs, too, but they're hardly Grammy material yet haha. I also enjoy everything about fashion, cooking, traveling (hitting the beach as much as I possibly can), and meeting people with similar passions in life.
