My Goals:
I will lose at least 130 pounds, I will exercise at least 500 minutes a month, I will teach my grandkids a healthy lifestyle, I WILLDO THIS!
My Program:
I will keep track of everything that goes into my mouth. I will drink at LEAST. 8 glasses of water a day. I will exercise.
Personal Information:
I am from a little town in New Hampshire. I am a homemaker, and I watch 2 of my grandchildren,who happen to live with me at this time. They are 5 and 2. And they keep Grammy busy.
Other Information:
I love to sew, quilt,knit,and crochet. But, lately it seems I haven't found time for it. I also enjoy cooking.
