GOALS + PLANS + ACTIONS = SUCCESS
My ultimate goal for 2013 is to wake up each day with a good dose of determination and go to bed with satisfaction! I lost over 20 pounds during 2012 by trying to be more mindful of my choices. Those pounds showed me that I CAN do this. Now I'm kicking it up a notch for 2013 by setting goals and making plans!
