My ultimate goal for 2013 is to wake up each day with a good dose of determination and go to bed with satisfaction!

I lost over 20 pounds during 2012 by trying to be more mindful of my choices. Those pounds showed me that I CAN do this. Now I'm kicking it up a notch for 2013 by setting goals and making plans! 2013 STARTING WEIGHT: 214.6 lbs
I will figure about at the beginning of each month what I would weigh figured out what I would weigh throughout the year if I consistently lose 1-2 pounds per week. I want to hit my goal weight of 136 (healthy range!) by the end of 2013, but 156 (a 1 lb per week loss) will suffice!
