Time to quit messing around and get into/stay in shape!

Looking to make fitness a daily activity. I am active duty Air Force and have been struggling with the PT test over the last few years. Tired of it and working on getting into shape. Came to a very close crossroad on my last test and very nearly failed, which in AF terms means I would have been kicked out....no time like now to get moving!

Hi, FREEZINLV. I see you do P90X at least some times. I've started a men's-only P90X Spark Team, called P90X Men. Why don't you stop by and consider joining? So far it's off to a slow start, but that can change as more guys join and start posting. Keep runnin' in the desert : )
