It is time to free the goddess trapped inside this body!

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Several years ago I found Sparkpeople online and at 300 lbs., It was the help I needed. In 9 months I lost over 70 lbs. By tracking food, exercising and sharing my journey with others.
Over a year ago, I injured my feet in Zumba class and couldn't do my regular exercise. I was depressed and my food slipped as well. Then I gave up my efforts. I rapidly began to gain the weight back.
Now it is March 2015, I am back to do this again and ...

Now it is March 2015, I am back to do this again and keep it off for good. My starting weight this time was 286 lbs. I am on my fourth day and have lost 6 lbs. Mostly water weight but, a good start.
This journey is about putting myself first. I am worth it!

My Goals:
I started Spark 155 lbs. over-weight. I want to focus on losing 120 lbs. and feeling healthy and strong physically and mentally!

I want to feel proud of myself instead of disappointed.

Fitness goal: Ride a bike with my son, Run a 10K, and Roller Skate someday.

My Program:
Stay focused on my goals. Write down everything I eat. Do some kind of exercise each day. Get enough sleep at night. Positive self talk, asking for help when I need it, and connecting with other people like me.

Personal Information:
I am 46 years old. I have a 13 year old son and have been married for 26 years. I live on a small cattle ranch in North Texas.

being a wife and a mom, painting murals, photography, music, movies, traveling, & camping with friends. I have 5 cats and enjoy playing the guitar and participate in my son's Boy Scout troop.

If there is anything I have learned is to take it one day at a time. I know you will get to your goal losing 80 lbs and it will be one pound at a time.
