I will no longer believe that what I do, think and feel doesn't matter to Him. I will follow His will for my life. I will begin again every day, if I have to. The bible tells me He gives me new mercies every day, for which I am so thankful. I confess my sins of overeating, of trying to find comfort in food where there is none and breaking the first commandment by replacing God with food. No more. I CAN do this! I can all do all things through Christ whom strengthens me and I WILL do it by His Grace & through His Power! In Jesus' Holy Name, AMEN!!!

My Goals:
I want to be healthy and happy and within the will of God.
I want to stop believing the lies of Satan and believe God's Word.
To be present to dance at my granddaughter's wedding - after she graduates college!
My Program:
Healthy eating, including eating nothing white: sugar, flour, pasta, rice, etc.
Drinking plenty of water & green tea.
Expanding my yoga program.
