Striving to meet my goal
I am a single mother of one and find it hard to keep the weight off the older I get. When I was young I never had problems with my weight but now I do. I need to get back in the habit of exercising consistently. Something that is really hard to do. Hopefully with the right motivation I can meet my goals and not gain the weight back. My Goals:
I want to be able to look at myself and feel good about the way I look. I want to take control of my self and my body.
My Program:
I have started by setting a goal of walking at least twice a week and weight training 3 times a week. Some weeks I have made it and others I havent. I want to stop the snacking cycle that gets me into trouble. I need to go healthy!!
Personal Information:
I am from Meridian MS. I am a 42 years old, divorced, mother of one 16 year-old son. He is a great kid. He always tells me I am not fat, but I know what the mirror tells me.
