I am 42 years old looking to lose about 50 pounds. I have 3 kids in college and 1 in High school. I use the flylady system for keeping up with my life. I enjoy: cooking, scrapbooking, watching cbs soaps, reading and I do watch nighttime tv to.

Thanks for being on my blog. It is really habit formed over the years. Once done, your own body closk does not let you remain in bed after a fiexed time. You may may toss in the bed but there won't be any sleep.
