My Goals:
Run three to four times a week throughout 2012

Work up to 20 miles per week with a six mile long run

Be able to do a bridge up and a tripod headstand

Get more trail running in

Finally achieve my goal weight of 118-120

My Program:
Track my food - if I commit to this, I actually lose weight. Really, it's that simple :)

Running three to four times per week. Biking when the weather cooperates.

P90x for strength training and plyometrics. I use this occasionally, not every day

I'm 44, live in Illinois.

I work in healthcare.

Hey sugar! Thanks so much for the blog comment! I appreciate it!! I was totally stoked to get the pic of my green eyes!! And OMG the armadillo just made my day!! It was so cute!!

I was thinking that there was a release of cortisol happening yesterday as well! It was definitely a *woosh* feeling when I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale! Hopefully it keeps up!!

Hey, thanks for the yoga recommendation and the well wishes for my knee. BTW, I had knee surgery 5 days ago and my knee seems to be healing nicely... Did you ever find any good yoga videos at your library? I saw the skinny girl demo and it looked ok, maybe too easy. I'm not sure what to expect from yoga, really. emoticon
