wanting to make me feel better about myself

about 6 years ago i lost weight and it felt great. i was 220 pounds and last weighed in at 183. wow what a feeling. i would like to feel that again but when i do diets they dont seem to work. i think i need a buddy to help me along.

Here it is March 28th. Weighed in this morning and scale read 205. I was like WOW. From my starting weight i have lost a total of 15 pounds. For me, I am just watching what I eat and how much, and not really eating the sweets anymore. Just drinking the ...

I just wanted to say hi & emoticon back! One thing I have learned is that diets do not work, eating healthy foods, portion control, exercise, & strength training works. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet! I'm here if you need me!
