My Goals:
My main goal is to live a much healthier lifestyle in the here and now. My short term goal is to reach 190 lbs.
215 lbs.
210 lbs.
205 lbs.
200 lbs.
195 lbs.
190 lbs.

My Program:
I will use the weight and nutrition tracker to help me make good choices.

Exercise at least 4 days a week at a minimum of 30 minutes each day.

Personal Information:
I was born in Santa Monica Ca. Grew up in Winnetka Ca. in the San Fernando Valley and for now, call the Antelope Valley home.
Have been married for 28 years, have two sons ages 25 and 20 years old.

I like to take day and weekend trips to different towns and I really enjoy the outdoors.

Freddyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.... hey! thanks for coming by with the comment and goodie n checking on me. I've been trying to pop in here and there.. but it's been busy at work and the commute is killing me this past month with school in session.
Anyhow I've been spending pretty much every free moment killin it at the gym. I've been at this weight lifting program now for 20 workouts and it's made a tremendous difference. I've always weight trained but usually a bit lighter and never to failure as it turns out I always should HAHA, who knew. But I've taught myself a lot the last month and am keeping up with the cardio classes and joggin too ... soooo all that plus a pretty clean diet ... all is awesome!!

I did get your email last night, but I wanted to ask you for your advice. Since your asking for my advice; I wouldn't mind talking with you and your son on the telephone. I just have a lot to say and I rather talk than write it down. Do you or your son have a cell phone that is capable of a speaker phone? If so, we can try and have the discussion this coming Saturday (evening if possible) or what ever? By the way what's your son's name? Let me know what you think -- take care.

Hey Fred,
What in the heck have you been up to? Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I had a busy weekend; tried to stay focused on this weight thing. As for your exercises, I'm sure you'll amp it up when the time comes. As for me, I'm doing okay. My eating / working out has been a huge success. I can't believe how much weight I have lost since May? As of today, I have successfully dropped 52 pounds. Can you believe this is the lowest I have ever been since 1999? I credited to my Lord and Savior. He has given me the direction and the attitude to change my lifestyle. I can't believe in four more years I will be fifty. If I don't start now and manage my health in the right direction; my life as I know it will be on a dangerous road. So in a nutshell, I've been steadily working out on a consistence basis and trying to eat within my calorie intake. I'm sure you already know when I write this -- it sure pays off when you follow the program. The next big challenge for me will be -- staying with it, so please pray for me. Anyway, hang in there and I am still waiting for that email (LOL). Take care Brother!
