My Goals:
My main goal is to live a much healthier lifestyle in the here and now. My short term goal is to reach 190 lbs.




My Program:
I will use the weight and nutrition tracker to help me make good choices.

Exercise at least 4 days a week at a minimum of 30 minutes each day.

Personal Information:
I was born in Santa Monica Ca. Grew up in Winnetka Ca. in the San Fernando Valley and for now, call the Antelope Valley home.
Have been married for 28 years, have two sons ages 25 and 20 years old.

I like to take day and weekend trips to different towns and I really enjoy the outdoors.

Fred,
Everything is going GREAT! As stated before, I did drop off the program but a few months back the wife and I had an in-depth conversation about our health, so we jumped on the HGC diet. I will admit, that diet was a huge success. In the three months I was on it -- I dropped somewhere in the vicinity of 35 to 40 lbs, and that is without any exercises what-so-ever. It's a one shot diet; after that you need to implement better eating habits and start adding exercises in your daily routine. Believe it or not -- I am still dropping. I think I have found my niche and I think I will be around for a long time. Thank you for adding me back -- take care good friend.

I see you're still active. As you know, I fell off the page. I'm back though and I didn't do too bad. As you can see, I have lost a lot of weight but I need this site. Take care and add me as one of your friends; I'll do the same. If not, I'll understand -- take care and God bless!
