My Goals:
My main goal is to live a much healthier lifestyle in the here and now. My short term goal is to reach 190 lbs.

My Program:
I will use the weight and nutrition tracker to help me make good choices.

Exercise at least 4 days a week at a minimum of 30 minutes each day.



Personal Information:
I was born in Santa Monica Ca. Grew up in Winnetka Ca. in the San Fernando Valley and for now, call the Antelope Valley home.
Have been married for 28 years, have two sons ages 25 and 20 years old.

I like to take day and weekend trips to different towns and I really enjoy the outdoors.

Thank you so much for the goodie and kind comment on my page, just what I needed to make my day brighter! I'm doing okay, had a job interview two days ago that didn't go too well but I'm trying not to let that get me down. Otherwise, all is well with my fitness and nutrition plan. I haven't broken that plateau just yet, but I know I will soon!

YOU ARE DOING IT; I've been following your feeds -- way to go! I know you will get those 600 fitness points as for me -- I don't have a number. Although, I am aiming to work out 7 days a week; up until the 25th. Let's do this -- I am definitely in -- take care!
