My Goals:
For now, just get back into a healthy routine that works, solve my knee injury and take it one day at the time. Then we'll see!

My Program:
*Max. 1800 calories/day
*Walking on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
*Stretches/yoga at least 3 times a week
*8 glasses of water daily
*Sleep 7 to 8 hours a night
*Eat 5 fruits/veggies daily
*Meditate for 10 min daily to stay focused
*Stay accountable to myself and the world by writing a daily blog
*Weigh in on Sundays
* Stay flexible and re-adjust plan as needed

Personal Information:
I live in a small town near Montreal, Canada. I have 2 children, 18 and 9 years old. I have never been good at taking care of myself, but I am working on it and learning everyday.

The key to making a dream come true is to clearly define the path that will bring us there. Coming back to my health weight and running a marathon are my dreams, and this is how I will make them happen.
