Marisa's Fitness Journey

I love using SparkPeople to track my food and fitness. I gained a lot of weight in college - and was the heaviest I've ever been at graduation (5'7" 158 lb). I started running and eating right to take better care of myself. Since college I've lost 20 pounds and am an avid runner!

I started running on a Couch to 5K program. I have run 2 half marathons, and many 10ks and 5Ks. My goal for 2016 is to run 1,000 miles!
