I've been doing portion control. I measure everything, and I'm very faithful to write down EVERYTHING I eat. On top of that, my snacks are healthier, like fruit and veggies instead of chips or candy. I have a horrid sweet tooth, so I bought some mini rice cakes that are caramel flavored. And sugar free jello--only 5-10 calories (depending on the brand), AND the best thing of all, sugar free fudgsicles only have 40 calories! 3111 days ago
