great job!! 10 lbs?!!!! THATS AMAZING!!!

I have lost 6 as of this morning! Wahoo!

I survived the weekend too--- im so thankful to have a strict diet to adhere too... I think too many options are a bad thing sometimes.

I made the best dessert with ricotta the other day... ricotta cheese, 2 tbsp natural PB, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, and sugar free vanilla coffee syrup (torani brand)..... its AMAZING!!! I thought I was gonna die. LOL

*high five* we rock!

update update! how are things? I'm down 4.5 lbs in a week... you?

did you stay on your diet this weekend? I did! I didnt even want all the crap food around... SBD is hard enough that I am NOT going to screw it up!

good to hear from you! When did you start SBD? today is day 3 of phase 1. I literally dreamed of Almond Joys and dinner rolls last night. LOL
