Ready for a change

Well, I used to be in great shape when I was a high school & college soccer player. But my calories & inactivity caught up to me. I love good food, but it usually ends up being loaded with sugar. So help me stay motivated!

My Goals:
My goal is to go from 197 pounds to 150 pounds by exercising & eating healthier. My goal will be achieved by working with my accountability partner, my wife, who is a Sparker as well.

My Program:
Every morning, I drink a Slim Fast shake for breakfast. About 30-60 minutes later, I do about 30 minutes of cardio. I keep my lunch under 300 calories. I limit my snacking to healthy options. My wife makes a healthy dinner & we have a healthy evening snack.

Personal Information:
Born in San Diego, California, my family now resides in the Dallas area. I turned 30 in 2006 and realized that if I want to be around to see my grandchildren be born in 20 or so years, I'd better take better care of myself.

Other Information:
My motivational favorite quote is: "A day wasted is a day you can't get back." Ironically, I saw this quote while I was wasting time playing NFL Head Coach for the PS2

Just passing by to say hello and give some encouragement.

You CAN do this!

"Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities may have crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can."
