I may not have chosen this fight, but it is a fight that i MUST fight. I am a strong WOMAN, so I embrace this fight with arms wide open. I am sure that this battle will take awhile to completely WIN. I WILL WIN this battle, no matter how long it takes me to. When I win this BATTLE, I know that I will be able to WIN whatever BATTLE that will come my way. I am a strong WOMAN. HEAR ME ROAR!!!!

As a matter of fact, I have been preparing for this BATTLE my whole life. All the battles won and lost have made me the woman I am today. I will not be discouraged. I will stay focused. I will be VICTORIOUS.

I used to be a girl who would back away from the fight. Years later I was weak, torn, brittle and in a dark place. Some spark came within my soul and gae me the strength to climb out of that hole. This spark gave me the strength to look at myself and my life. I didnt like who I had become and I for sure didnt like where my life was heading. To admit that did not like MYSELF and the way that I had been living was the hardest thing that I have ever done. It makes this battle to lose weight feel like a piece of cake.

I am now learning to love myself. This is half the BATTLE. I am learning to put myself FIRST for a change. I deserve that. I deserve to be number one.

For me these changes dont come easy. There is alot of baggage in me that I am trying to deal with. Slowly I am beginning to put my life together again. I would say "put it back together again", but I can't think of a single time when I felt like my life was together. It is time for me to get control of my life. It is time for me to make good decisions for ME. I deserve to be happy. I deserve to be loved. I am stong!!! I can do this!!!

My Goals:
GOAL: Take control of my life and put myself FIRST. Like who I am, and eventually begin to LOVE the complet person I am.



HOW:
-I am going to increase my physical activity.
-I am going to get 8 hours sleep atleast 5 days a week.
- I am going to make healthier choices when it comes to food and eat a well balanced diet.
- I am going to take steps everyday to make myself happy.
-I am going to put myself first and my family second.
-I am going to tell myself DAILY that I love myself, just the way I am.

- water 64-80 oz
- WATP miracle miles




Personal Information:
Can't take the country out THIS country girl. Small town girl he e living in the big bad city of PHILLY.

I am a RN working in a Rehab Hospital in Philly. I have been a nurse for 20 years now. I love it and cannot even begin to imagine doing anything else.

I am engaged to a great guy (TEC I love You). He loves me for who I am, inside and out. He never makes me feel like I need to change to make him happy. He is happy with me just being me.

I also have a Orange Tabby (Simba) and Cockerspaniel (LEO).

    Just peekin' in on you...to see how you are doing. May is almost over, have you accomplished what you set out to do this month? For me, no. I'm still learning how to not let life get in my way for a healthier me. It's a slow process, but I'm getting there.

    How are you doing? Have you reached your goal? I'm still on this roller coaster. One day I do really well, then mess it up the next.
