OMG I weigh WHAT?

Just noticed I was huffing and puffing walking up to my apartment on the first floor. I have never eaten badly nor eaten a bunch of fast food, so I couldn't understand how my weight got so bad. Then I understood, it is inactivity.

My Goals:
Drink 4 20oz H2O a day. Do something at least 5 days a week - as in physical activity.

My Program:
I am walking, hiking, swimming, playing tennis and frisbee. My caloric intake will run about 1200 - 1500 a day. I have never really eaten a lot of processed food, but my processed food consumption will be reduced by only 10% of my diet.
