I am a proud Dad. I have a goal to lose 50 pounds and generally adapt to a more healthy diet, and re-aquaint myself with regular exercise. Also I am looking for ways to become more "green' in my life.
Change my diet. Drink a lot of water. Exercise is whatever I can do. Swimming, gardening, dumbbells and Power 90 at home, and biking when I can. SparkPeople helps keep me engaged; it's a great habit!
