Making the best of deployment!

Well, I had my baby girl Feb 13, 2009...almost a year ago and here I am with all my baby weight. I thought I would have it off by now, but it's much harder now with having a little one to care for. My husband is deployed for a year to Iraq, so, I want to make the best of my time away from him and improve my body and get it back into shape. I have about 45 lbs that I need to get rid of. I would love to be close to my goal weight of 170 by June '10...that is when I will see my husband for his ...

With determination and dedication I KNOW that I will be able to get my life and my body back! I'm no longer doing this for ME...I'm doing this for my daughter.

OK...you haven't tracked your food since June 17th! I'm just checking up on you. That sucks that you can't come down this weekend. But it will be nice to see you in a couple weeks.

Three very important things for you to know:

1. Tried the Jimmy Dean sandwiches...LOVE them!

2. You have to try this Spaghetti Casserole recipe I have.

Oh yeah. I'm definitely gonna take it easy this week. I'm running 2 miles tonight, but then it's just walking during lunch tomorrow and Friday. I want my legs to be nice and fresh...ya know...because after all, beautiful legs are for beautiful people. LOL Wow, we were really superficial when we were young. :-)
