Hi, Frances! Yes, some of the strength exercises I do have funny names. LOL! Shoulder dislocations w/ a band actually help w/ your posture and opening up the back versus hunching. I love them. They feel really great.

Thank you so much for all of your kind comments on my blogs too and for the Spark Goodie.

I hope all is well! :-)

I had an old Smith-Corona typewriter, too. Mine was in a carrying case so it wasn't too heavy, but what a chore to change the ribbon! This was before I finally graduated to a Selectric with the little font ball instead of individual keys which kept sticking together. With my Selectric, I was able to type much, much faster.

I remember using Liquid Whiteout - what a mess!!!!!!!!!!! It took forever to dry, plus it got so thick that you couldn't use nearly half of the product! Planned obsolescence! emoticon emoticon

"If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence. Determination.
The will to endure to the end, to get knocked down seventy times and get up off the floor saying. "Here comes number seventy-one!"
