It's about learning to dance in the rain

Just like I move down the Bloomsday trail already can't wait for May 2014 !
Slow and steady makes a winner me . Even if I hit pitfalls I just need to get up and get going on the trail a new day is right around the corner

track food even if tracker makes me nuts don't talk my self my out of work out time at home and gym have my tracker to keep me going down the trail to good health.

Planning a trip to visit DB this summer hiking in Rocky mt park and garden of the Gods the steps at Red rocks !! are on the list and can't forget the Zoo:)
