The road to a healthier version of you may have many twists and turns. There may be detours and many tempting parking spots along the way. But, if you follow your map (an effective eating plan and physical training) and be aware of any trouble spots ahead by listening to traffic reports (mental conditioning and education), you will reach your desired destination (a healthy, maintainable weight). It may take you a little longer than you originally thought, but thatís ok. You want to enjoy your journey and, when the road is a bit slippery and treacherous, you want to be safe. Oh, and donít forget to stop and ask your SparkPals for directions when you get confuzzled along the way.

Sure sounds like you had a busy Christmas-time. It can be so difficult to get everyone together in one spot at the same time. My oldest son missed our celebrations due to work schedule, and my bother and his wife spent the holidays with her parents in Florida.

Bet you had fun with the granddaughter!
