Hi and welcome to SparkPeople and our High Blood Pressure Team where you will find lots of information and loads of support. Just post any questions, comment or suggestions you may have and someone will respond quickly.
Be sure to drink plenty of water and walk. Water and walking will help you on this journey of lowering numbers and weight loss.
Stay focused and keep a positive attitude as this will be a great help to you in your daily life!!! Smile although sometimes that is the hardest, but it really helps!!! And, if nothing else, it makes people wonder what you're up to.
It's good to meet and have you with us. Take each day as it comes and enjoy it to the fullest!!!
God bless you in your new adventures.
Hugs,
Helen

I hope you are able to relax and be aware of your health and love of yourself. I hope you take time during the day to give to yourself. Often we get so involved in listening to the negative self-criticism that we don't need to go anywhere to find someone to abuse us, because we do that job so well ourselves. Spend time in quiet time. You have strength inside to reach any goal. Nurture yourself with positive thoughts.
Happy Easter.

Welcome to the team. I think you have a very cute dog and I know it gives you a lot of comfort as well a lot of love. I have a pug and I tell everyone that she is crazy but I love her as well as she loves me. When she get into trouble with my kids she comes running to me. I know that you will reach your goal and get healthier while doing it.
