There is the life you'd like to live... Then there's the life that ends up getting lived. My life, for many, many years has been overshadowed by my growing weight, affecting my emotional well being, energy levels, and the drive to accomplish. I've sat on the sidelines watching this beautiful life God has blessed me with, squandering it. I've never gone on a diet, because I knew I would fail. Many things in life, not accomplished due to fear of failure. Well, passivity has put me smack dab ...

My life, for many, many years has been overshadowed by my growing weight, affecting my emotional well being, energy levels, and the drive to accomplish. I've sat on the sidelines watching this beautiful life God has blessed me with, squandering it. I've never gone on a diet, because I knew I would fail. Many things in life, not accomplished due to fear of failure. Well, passivity has put me smack dab in the middle of a Fail, and it's time to reverse course, all hands on deck, reverse thrusters, launch the torpedoes and declare a full scale war on apathy, fear of failure, and unhealthy lifestyle and choices. The last couple weeks I've been radically changing my whole outlook on food. I don't want to diet! I want to create a healthy lifestyle where good whole foods are a big part of it. Whether it be juicing, salads, simple portion control, or just no fast food, I want to ingrain new habits to live by, not to diet by.

Lose Weight! Spend more quality time with family. Stay active! Cherish the moments that make life's great memories.
My Program:
Currently, -I'm a Vitamix blender mad man! Gotta have my fruit/veggie smoothies! -Portion Control, dear me oh my, portion control! Listen to my stomach, stop when I'm full... Duh! -Work out at 24hr gym after work, which consists of 20 min cardio (treadmill/ellitptical/bike) and alternate upper/lower weight lift. 'bout 45-60min total, 3 to 5 X's/week. (I'm a newbie at the gym, so may get trainer)
