Starting Over For the Last Time

HI! I'm here because I lost around 40 lbs. in 2011...and gained about 30 of it back in 2012. My goal is to integrate daily fitness and healthy eating into my life so that it becomes a natural process rather than a chore or something I "don't HAVE to do." With my family's health history and my need for accountability, I figured this would be a big step in the right direciton.

My Program:
Daily yoga, heavy cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pilates each day, and a rest day on Sunday. As for "diet," I'm just eating healthy! Three meals-per-day, making each of them count with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Also, TONS of water!

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Indiana, now living in Iowa. Living with my (insanely supportive) boyfriend of 5 yrs. No kids, not pets, just a cactus named Geoffrey that may or may not be thriving.

Other Information:
I workout primarily at home and LOVE Blogilates workouts. Check her out on YouTube -- she'll kick your butt in the perkiest voice you've ever heard!

I'm also on Pinterest looking for various at-home workouts. I highly recommend it if can't afford to (or just don't want to) join a gym.
