"Change is hard, change is inevitable, I can drive the change or the change will drive me to places I had rather not go -Today I choose to be the driver of my destiny!
That being said, I have registered for both a half marathon and a full marathon. The time has come to run toward my dreams becoming reality!" Maintaining change is even harder than making the change .... I ran a fall half marathon, finished a full marathon and walked another half with friends ... BUT, somewhere after the marathon, I lost my way. A lot of the old bad habits resurfaced! That is all behind me now as the time has come to embrace the journey. Back to the trail of healthly fuel choices and daily fitness ... "Even on"

My main goal is to get moving again, eat healthy which will take the pounds off clearing the mind and healing the soul.

1. Eat consciously � keep the daily food journal

2. Exercise with purpose � move, keep exercise dates with self

3. Enjoy the journey � have fun doing healthy activities

4. Run 4 times a week ... the plan is made, time to work the plan

4. Envision the goal � remember this is a journey for life

5. Evade the two evils, being dubbed back into the dark world of empty calorie food and fooled into sitting for days letting the body atrophy because the fat is storing while the muscles fade.
